To whitelist a sender's address in spamepxerts, please do the following:
- Login to the spamexperts interface -- this is done either via the control panel, the client area, or directly depending on your service with us
- Go to Incoming Protection Settings -> Sender Whitelist
- Click "Add sender"
- Enter the address in the address field and leave other settings as they are.
- Click "OK" or "Add" to save the whitelist entry
NOTE: Whitelisting an address should be considered carefully as the system will not filter any spam from that address. As such, if that address is spoofed or otherwise compromised they can send spam and other bad items to you.
